Age 15 to 24 years: the insurer reimburses a financial contribution of 50% of the price of each vaccine (Gardasil 9).
Trust
Ages 15 to 17: Offers a contribution of up to 70% of the cost (up to a maximum of €130) of Cervarix and Gardasil 9 vaccines.
Union
Ages 13 to 18: For vaccinations not covered by full legal reimbursement, the insurer contributes 50% of the cost of the Cervarix or Gardasil vaccine
* An insured person is a client for whom the health care fee is paid by the insurance company from the public health insurance. Health care is covered by the public health insurance under the conditions if the Polyclinic Váš Lekár has a valid contractual relationship with a health insurance company (VšZP, Dôvera, UNION), if the client has duly paid the insurance premium, if the client has a referral = exchange ticket.
