How to redeem a voucher/credit
1. Booking the date
Contact our client centre (by phone or email), who will arrange the type and date of the examination with you. Do not forget to indicate the type of voucher.
2. Visit to the polyclinic
At the agreed time, come to the Váš Lekár Polyclinic (Eurovea 2, Pribinova 40, Bratislava).
3. Payment
After the examination, our client centre will advise you on how to redeem the voucher/credit (additional payment is possible in cash or by card).
