About the ambulance
The psychological clinic at the Váš Lekár Polyclinic provides professional help in the area of mental health, psychological counseling, and support in difficult life situations.. The clinic focuses on working with patients who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, stress, depressed mood, sleep disorders, exhaustion, relationship problems or difficult life periods. The goal is to help the patient better understand their emotions, manage psychological stress and find appropriate problem-solving strategies.
Care includes professional consultation, psychological examination and individual psychological counseling., which adapts to the patient’s current needs. The emphasis is on a safe and confidential environment, respectful approach and support throughout the entire process of collaboration.
Patients in the clinic are treated by a clinical psychologist. Mgr. Alexandra Blaško .
The psychological session itself takes place in an environment with an emphasis on discretion, a calm atmosphere, and open communication, which allows the patient to talk about their difficulties safely and without judgment.
The advantages of the clinic include ordering for a specific time, modern and pleasant premises, and good accessibility (Eurovea 2, Staré Mesto, Bratislava).
Psychological services are provided on a self-pay basis according to the current price list.

How to reach us
Váš Lekár Clinic can be found on the ground floor of the Eurovea 2 building. You have a choice of two inputs. The first entrance is located in the small square in front of the main entrance to Eurovea 2, next to the Eurovea Tower – on the left. The clinic can also be reached via the entrance from the promenade towards the Apollo Bridge – from the Danube. Parking is available in the Eurovea shopping centre or at the Slovak National Theatre. Additional information
Patients visiting our clinic for the first time are kindly requested to arrive approximately 10 – 15 minutes before the examination in order to register at the client centre. You must present your insurance card or ID card (or other proof of identity) when registering.

You can book an appointment online via our ordering system, by phone on +421 940 40 90 70 or in person, always for a specific time. Please keep in mind that the examination time is approximate, as the examination may be slightly longer and you may have to wait a few minutes.

We provide referrals and contacts to other medical facilities and specialists for our clients. If you have purchased from us annual membership, our client center will take care of communication with the examination provider. We will keep you informed about the date and location of the examination.
You can reschedule or cancel simply through our ordering system (if you have registered and purchased your appointment directly through the portal) or by phone on +421 940 40 90 70.
Please keep us informed change or cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled examination. In case of late cancellation or no-show without apology, we reserve the right to charge the full cancellation fee.

Under current legislation, an exchange ticket is required for most specialisations. You can find precise information on where it is required in the section “Additional information” for each outpatient clinic.
Please first make an appointment with your GP, who will issue an exchange ticket to a specialist if necessary (except in specialties where one is not required). If you have a medical card at our general practice, you can arrange everything under one roof with us – from the examination to the exchange ticket.
Yeah. You can also visit our specialist clinics on a one-off basis, without purchasing an annual membership. You can make an appointment through our ordering system or by calling +421 940 40 90 70.
The healthcare agreement is signed by the client and the doctor, who will also explain the procedure to the client. Subsequently, the nurse will arrange for the request and transfer of the medical documentation from the previous doctor to us at the Váš Lekár Polyclinic and the general practitioner’s outpatient clinic.
However, this is not possible until six months after the last Health Care Agreement has been signed with the current GP or gynaecologist. Once your medical records have been received, our nurse will contact you to arrange an initial check-up.
Capitalized clients
A capitated client is one who has a signed Health Care Agreement with a general practitioner or gynaecologist and is in possession of medical records. This client is entitled to complete health care, including a statutory preventive check-up, which is covered by public health insurance.
Uncapitated clients are not eligible for reimbursement of this exam by the health insurance company. The agreement is signed for a minimum of six months, after which time it is possible to switch to another doctor, including a gynecologist. If you have signed this agreement, your general practitioner and gynaecologist are your primary doctors in the area.

The client gets the opportunity to see more than 23 specialists in one facility, including a general practitioner. He can also avail of expert counselling to improve physical and mental health as well as self-care within one building.
