I like the idea of well-being and preventive medicine 21. century. This is a more proactive approach in various areas of health, including dentistry. Let’s look at the situation in recent years. Many people did not see doctors at all during the pandemic period, and now they are gradually returning to them. <\/p>\n\n
According to the latest surveys, Slovaks live on average only 57 years in full health, yet many diseases could be prevented by early and quality prevention. The polyclinic employs a carefully selected team of physicians and specialties that allows for excellent interprofessional collaboration. Our primary focus is on extending the active age of our clients and addressing the concept of vital longevity using the latest science and medicine. I am pleasantly surprised at how strongly this project is getting into people’s awareness.<\/p>\n\n Thanks to Boris Bajer. My final decision was made after his presentation. The philosophy that he and Mr. Marcinko have presented is a comprehensive and elaborate program. I share their views.<\/p>\n\n Healthy and good-looking teeth are something everyone would like to have. But healthy teeth are not just a matter of brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, but mainly a matter of regular dental hygiene and prevention.<\/p>\n\n Slovaks try to take care of their teeth. Both men and women are interested, it’s very evenly matched. Rather, the range of client expectations is a combination of two factors. In the first case, clients are very concerned about the overall aesthetics and want to have a nice and effective smile; at the same time, they also want functional teeth. Then there are clients who don’t care so much about the aesthetics in the first place and we talk more about its functionality. <\/p>\n\n But in both cases, we want to achieve dental health. In dentistry, there is one simple rule – a healthy tooth is not decayed and is healthy by virtue of being clean. I love when a client communicates with me, and I like to dispel the myth of any apprehension about going to the dentist. I want to encourage everyone to take a proactive approach to their health – because health is ultimately the only thing a person has.<\/p>\n\n I always have an individual consultation with each client in the clinic. That means I’ll listen to his ideas. It is paramount and in many ways even directive. I create a treatment plan based on the communication between me and the client, because every tooth is different and the conditions in the mouth are different. <\/p>\n\n In many cases, I navigate the client and explain what is and is not realistic in their case. It is necessary to stick to a realistic idea, to determine specific steps and, above all, to follow their sequence. You can always find a way to a more beautiful smile and most importantly – you can’t die on the gap between your teeth. <\/p>\n\n On the contrary, I would be very happy if the various guaranteed tips and homemade recipes were abandoned, for example, for whiter teeth – using baking soda, apple cider vinegar or salt crystals. At best, you will “just” scratch your enamel, at worst you will dissolve, break or lose it, creating tooth erosion and sensitivity. Yes, they may look whiter in the short term, but very quickly they take on a rather worse colour than originally. Communicate with your dentist and ask questions. <\/p>\n\n Times are more advanced, people know more about health, information is more accessible, they are willing to listen and take advice, they are educated and aware of the importance of their health. Being healthy is not a given. Here in the clinic there are more than 20 specialists and specialties who enjoy medicine and the client can feel it. A lot of people have been involved in this project, a lot of work has gone into it and I am very happy that our start-up has been successful and that our clients like it so much.
